What usage terms are there? Our Licence Agreement

All of our images are provided Royalty Free. Our full license can be read here; however the main questions are covered below.

What does the license allow me to do?

• Use the content for all uses in all industries and territories
• Use the content in as many different situations as you want once you've bought it
• Modify the content as you wish

What are the key restrictions?

You must not:

• Use, or allow anyone else to use any of the images to create pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous or defamatory material or use the images in a way that might cause offence to any participating people included in the images
• Use the images in a way not specifically permitted or prohibited by this agreement (please see full licence), without prior written consent from Cut and Deal Ltd, as this would be a violation of Copyright law
• Use our imagery without paying a fee, unless it is used purely for comps or layouts. Any other use requires a licence from Cut and Deal
• Put the imagery in a downloadable format anywhere (above 72dpi)
• Transfer the licence: The licence is non-transferable and all rights are retained by Cut and Deal. This also means that you are not allowed to sell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise grant rights for use of the imagery.
